03Frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked before anyone signs up

If yours is not here, the live chat button answers most of these instantly, and a person reads along during office hours.

Plans and billingWhat is actually included in an Arri plan?

Every plan includes the four services on one account: search optimisation, website design and hosting, brand design, and paid advertising management. The plan you choose sets how much work runs each month and how many active ad accounts we manage, not which services you are allowed to touch. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and is never marked up by us.

Plans and billingDo I have to sign a long contract?

No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel from the billing screen without calling anyone. We ask for a ninety-day runway on search work because that is roughly when the results start to show, but that is advice rather than a clause.

ServicesHow quickly will I see results from SEO?

Technical fixes and a corrected Google Business Profile often move local rankings inside three to four weeks. Content and service-area pages take longer, usually three to six months before they hold a stable position. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either bidding on your own brand name or selling you something else.

ServicesWho does the work: software or people?

People. The platform handles briefs, approvals, scheduling and reporting so that you are not managing four separate agencies over email. The search, design and advertising work itself is done by the named specialists on our team, and you can see who is assigned to each piece of work in your dashboard.

OwnershipDo I own my website and brand files?

Yes, entirely. Source files, fonts licensing, the domain and the full site export belong to you from day one. If you leave, we hand over a package with everything in it, including the ad account, which stays in your name throughout.

Plans and billingWhat if I only need one of the four services?

That is common, and the Starter plan is built for it. Most businesses begin with search or a website, then add advertising once the site converts properly. You are not charged separately for switching where the monthly effort goes.

Working togetherHow much of my time does this take?

About ninety minutes in the first week for the onboarding questionnaire and a kickoff call, then roughly twenty minutes a month for approvals. We write the briefs, you say yes or ask for a change. Everything that needs your decision arrives in one place rather than scattered across email threads.

ServicesCan you work with the website I already have?

Usually, yes. If your site is on a modern platform and loads reasonably fast, we improve it rather than replace it. If it is slow, unusable on a phone, or built on something that cannot be edited safely, we will tell you plainly and quote the rebuild as part of your plan rather than as an extra.

OwnershipWhat happens to my ad account if I cancel?

Nothing. The Google Ads and Meta accounts are created in your name with us added as a manager, so cancelling removes our access and leaves the account, its history and its data with you. That history is worth money, and it should never be held hostage.

Working togetherDo you work with businesses outside the United States?

Yes. We work with English-language businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Support hours are Pacific time, which is worth knowing if you are in Europe, though live chat is answered the same business day either way.

Would you rather someone else did all this?

That is what Arri is. The same work described in these guides, run every month by the specialists who wrote them, on published prices and month-to-month terms.
